Information and Policies
For your spa experience:
- We recommend that you schedule your spa appointments two weeks in advance of your arrival. However, we will do our best to accommodate appointments made with less advance notice.
- All spa services are guaranteed with a credit card.
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged in full.
- We invite you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.
- During all treatments, your body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.
- Comfort requests such as room temperature, pressure of touch, or music volume are very important. Please, feel free to communicate these to Spa staff during your service.
- Gratuities are not included.
For our over night package guests:
- Length of stay and check in day can vary according to your needs.
- Check-in is at 3:00 pm; checkout at 11:00 am. Programs begin with dinner at 5:30 pm and conclude with lunch at 12:30 pm. A luggage holding area is available for your convenience.
- A one-night advance deposit is required at the time of booking. From May 1st through October 31st, deposits are refundable if you cancel more than seven days prior to your arrival date. All other dates require 48 hours notice to receive your deposit refund. Holidays and special events require thirty days notice to ensure deposit refund. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival and departure date.
- Rates are subject to17% service charge and other applicable taxes.
- Gift Certificates may not be applied toward service charges/gratuities.
