<p>As most of you know I am back from my leave. It has been a wonderful time for me to heal from my back surgery and to spend time with my boys! I had a lot of time on my hands and I did some great reading and learning! I am a very natural person to begin with and try to practice what I preach. I have done a lot of research on herbal supplements and I am in love with Rhodiola and Evening Primrose Oil. I take them everyday along with my other supplements.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Spring is a time for hope.  A wonderful season to begin new things, face the unknown, and take risks.  While we move forward with optimistic spirit there are always going to be challenges.</p>

<p>Challenges inspire, help us grow, and can help us look at things differently.  In light of recent tragic events in Boston, we often wonder how can the world be so unkind.  T. S. Eliot has said that April is the cruelest month.  Is this because it is a time of reflection for what has happened in our lives this winter?  Reflection of things we have done, or haven&#8217;t done?  Accomplishments?  Goals?  There are many ways to reflect; the human side can help us see ourselves and hope to do better, and be a better person, maybe not necessarily change.  But taking care of yourself, and taking the time to reflect can help you be a better person.</p>
<p>Hiking is a wonderful way to take the time to reflect.  It&#8217;s a fitness regime just like yoga, or cardio, but it is one that can help you surrender your mind.  Let it wander freely and see things differently.  Hiking along the Finger Lakes is a workout with a positive outcome.  A workout that captures nature, mind, spirit and continues with the power of reflections even after the hike is over.</p>
<p>So this spring join us for a private hike along the foothills of Canandaigua Lake.  Enjoy the serene beauty, take the path with strong strident steps, and enjoy the peace of mind that comes along when you take the time to reflect.</p>
