A Typical Day at Life Path Spa
will start with a stretch class designed to increase range of motion, which means limbs and joints can move further avoiding injuries. The more conditioned muscles and tendons are; the better they can handle the rigors of sport and exercise, and the less likely that they will become injured.
After the stretch class, you will enjoy a calorie controlled, gourmet breakfast and then participate in a guided nature walk, hike, snow- shoeing or cross country skiing tour to beautiful area locations with outstanding views of lakes, waterfalls, and other natural scenery. You can choose a beginner, an intermediate, or an advanced version, based on your fitness level and goals.
Upon returning, you will enjoy a nutritious, gourmet lunch. You can then spend the afternoon relaxing, enjoying one or more of our spa services or fitness classes or many of the other local attractions.
Evenings will begin with a hard earned reward for the day’s accomplishments with a Tapas style dinner. Over the past few decades, tapas, or small plate dining, has become wildly popular all over the world. At Life Path Spa, we serve a variety of savory dishes, always seasonal and fresh and good for you.
The daily activities at Life Path Spa come to an end with an entertaining yet educational class or workshop that will give you something to think about as you retire for a great night’s rest.
