Boot Camp

We want to start an outside Boot Camp and we need info from you!

When do you want it? Monday morning? Wednesday morning? Or a evening time?

We need your input for us to make this a success!

Our Awesome Cheryl Lockwood will be putting you thru your work out!

I am looking for a week long weightloss retreat. I live in rochester ny and am having no luck finding anything close. A week long retreat is exactly what I need… goal is relaxation stress relief and weightloss. If you had something like this that include3d room and meals and programming (yoga weight training and cardio) I would be in!
